The Beginning Of The 16th Century The House Passed Into The
Hands Of The Antinori Family- Who Transformed Its Military
Functions To More Rural Activities- In Particular The
Production Of Wine/ Olive Oil And Forage. It Is From This
Period That The Annex Buildings Were Constructed To House
The Labourers. Since 1918 I Parigi Has Belonged To The
Present Owners Who Still Make Their Own Wine And Oil. The
