Check-in and key collection can be made at 6 Queen Street after 3 p.m. daily. This is the only location of the office and the only place to pick up keys and directions to apartments. Guests planning to arrive after 10 p.m., should contact the hotel prior to arrival to arrange check-in and key collection.
