Riu Tequila All Inclusive

Location. The Riu Tequila All Inclusive, located 800 meters from the beach, stands within the Playacar complex in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. This village-style resort is positioned one kilometer from Playacar Golf Course and less than six kilometers from Xcaret Park.
Hotel Features. The Riu Tequila All Inclusive resort offers nine restaurant and bar options. Jalisco presents twice-weekly themed dinners, a variety of buffet selections, and cooked-to-order entrées. The Grill and Steakhouse features prime cuts of beef. The pool-view Mediterranean Restaurant serves Mediterranean-style cuisine. La Piñata nightclub hosts music and serves drinks nightly, while the Sports Bar serves beverages and snacks 24 hours a day. The resort offers complimentary shuttle service to the beach, and is connected to the beach via a garden path. This property offers a range of water sports, including windsurfing, kayaking and snorkeling. An 18-hole golf course lies adjacent to the resort. Two outdoor pools include an artificial beach, a children's pool and a spa tub. Recreation options include two tennis courts and a multipurpose court.

Guestrooms. The Riu Tequila All Inclusive offers 664 air-conditioned guestrooms distributed among multiple buildings. Accommodations extend onto garden-view terraces or balconies. Ceiling fans circulate tropical breezes. Minibars and liquor dispensers are restocked every other day. In-room safes are provided.

Expert Tip. Guests are entitled to one introductory scuba-diving lesson in the pool per stay. The resort also offers recreational privileges at two nearby resorts, the Riu Playacar and the Riu Yucatan.
