Scandic Winn Karlstad

A modern city centre hotel set by the River Klarälven, the Scandic Winn is just one block from the shopping and entertainment district. This five-floor hotel features 199 guestrooms, all of which are decorated in Scandinavian or Gustavian style, and include satellite television with pay movies, Internet connections, hair dryers and trouser presses.
Guests can unwind in the hotel's relaxation area which comprises a sauna, solarium and hot tub big enough for eight people. Swedish classics and international dishes are on offer in the Restaurant Café Artist which hosts a steak buffet with show cooking every Friday evening. The nearest train station is 500 metres away, while Karlstad Airport (KSD) is 18 kilometres from the hotel, around 20 minutes by car.
