St. Regis Hotels & Resorts has announced its
cooperation with Alain Ducasse chef cook, as a result of which new restaurant
will be opened at the St. Regis hotel, New York. The name of the restaurant
hasn’t been revealed yet, however, it is known that the opening time is March
2007. The restaurant’s menu will offer you many exquisite dishes prepared of
high-quality ingredients whereas the delicious food will be an excellent
addition for the unique diversity of wine sorts.
Some time ago Institutional Investor edition named
St. Regis one of the best hotels of the world. This was the first New York
hotels that got such status. Thanks to Alain Ducasse restaurant, it will become
even more reputed, offering its guests a really unique and high-quality service.
As for the Alain Ducasse restaurant chain, it presents restaurants in
three cities: Paris, New York and Monaco, all awarded with three Michelin stars.
A considerable part of its restaurants is located in hotels, however, there are
also several bistros such as Benoit Tokyo, opened in 2005.
