According to the results of the 2006-2007 season, an
independent group of experts from the USA Condå Nast Traveller included Indigo
Pearl hotel (opened in December 2006 on the Phuket 
island) in the list of five best Thai hotels and hundred of the best
new hotels of the world. The basis for the rating are the reports made by
independent travelers. To choose the best, there were thousands of hotels from
46 world countries investigated. In addition to this, in June 2007 the CNN
press-service included Indigo Pearl in the list of the ten most exclusive hotels
of Thailand.
Indigo Pearl is located on a picturesque
Nai Yang Beach protected from waves and monsoons by a ridge of coral reeves,
that is why bathing here is safe all year round. According to experts, the hotel
became a true masterpiece created by the legendary architect Bill Bensley. The
hotel design blends postmodernist arts and traditional Thai style. This is the
