Interstate Hotels & Resorts company, dealing with
the management of the independent hotels, announces the strategic partnership
with Steadfast Companies (Steadfast) in Mexico. Interstate has already invested
5,7 million dollars in three Tesoro Resorts in Mexico owned by
Steadfast.
Both companies have also formed the joint venture Interstate
de Mexico – a base for future development on Mexican market. The above-mentioned
three resorts will receive 10 million dollar investments.
The list of the
hotels includes 286-room Tesoro Los Cabos in Cabo San Lucas, 331-room Tesoro
Manzanillo in Manzanillo and 203-room Tesoro Ixtapa in
Ixtapa.
